How to book and our payment terms…
We work with you to capture all your wedding details using our booking form - this will include any special requests you might have.
To secure your date in our diary, we request a £200.00 booking fee and then we raise an invoice for the balance payable 4 weeks before the wedding.

Artistic photo processing - colour, black and white, toning, selective colouring, cropping, special effects…
We carefully process each individual photograph. We can enhance colours, improve backgrounds and artistically crop.
If you want special effects such as black and white, tinting and toning, selective colouring, selective blurring …then we'll do this free of charge.
What albums, storybooks and photobooks do we offer?
We offer a very wide range of albums, storybooks and photobooks - please arrange an appointment to see lots of samples and take a look at our albums page.
We can source from any album manufacturer, so if you have a favourite please let us know.
Our favourite albums are handmade in Italy and come in various sizes and with a huge range of classic and contemporary covers.
We have hand selected a top quality contemporary Storybook with very large pages to display your wedding photos in a stunning way!
Photobooks are very popular as gifts or "spare" albums - we have a very wide range including full size and mini versions with photo covers or plain colours.

We have recently launched a fantastic new way to view your wedding album.
You can already view your individual photos in your online web gallery … now all your friends and family can view your finished wedding album design as well!
This is possible with our new e-Album - show off your wedding album online to work colleagues, friends and family near and far.

We also provide photo-art canvases, thank you cards, framed prints, slideshows set to your music, etc…
The possibilities are endless! Our dynamic slideshows are very popular - the mix of moving images and carefully selected music certainly brings back the emotion of your big day.

Can our friends/family buy photos after the wedding?
After your wedding we provide a password protected web gallery usually with 300-400 or more photos!
Your friends and family can purchase reprints from this gallery for as little as £1.00 (plus VAT and postage) for a 6x4 photo. Enlargements are also available at competitive prices.
We have tried hard to make it easy to use and if anybody needs help they just need to call us and we'll sort things out.
This is a very popular service!

We have worked at many lovely venues in the South of England from small village churches to grand country houses and superb hotels and even an Art Gallery.
We always visit the wedding venues with couples before the wedding day to get an update on your plans for the big day and to explore photo opportunities with you.

What is the “Buy with Confidence scheme”?
Focal Pix Photography is really proud to have been recently accredited to the Hampshire Trading Standards Buy with Confidence scheme.
This scheme brings together many types of businesses which have all been checked for trustworthiness and compliance with consumer protection laws.
Trading Standards Officers visit and vet every applicant and only if they pass stringent checks are they accepted.
The Buy With Confidence Scheme was launched in 1999 by Hampshire County Council and has been so successful that it has grown to include 20 other Trading Standards Services with over 150 trade categories.
So if you are looking to employ a trade or service an approved Buy with Confidence member is a good place to start.

Focal Pix Photography use top quality camera equipment, studio equipment and computer systems and we continue to invest in technology.
At each wedding we have available 4 top quality professional DSLR cameras, a very wide range of professional lenses, lights and accessories.
We primarily use Canon cameras and lenses and would be more than happy to show off our gadgets to anyone who has an interest.
We have also invested heavily in computing power, digital storage and triple back-up systems. We have unlimited web space so never actually remove your wedding galleries (unless you want us to).
